promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or report furnished to any holder of debt securities of any Loan Party or of any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Lenders pursuant to Section 6.01 or any other clause of this Section 6.02;

promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or report furnished to any holder of debt securities of any Borrower or of any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Lenders pursuant to any other clause of this Section 6.2;

promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or report furnished to any holder of publicly-issued debt securities (other than the Obligations) of any Credit Party or any Subsidiary thereof pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Administrative Agent pursuant to any other clause of this [Section 8.2];

promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or report furnished to any holder of publicly-issued debt securities (other than the Obligations) of any Credit Party or any Subsidiary thereof pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Administrative Agent pursuant to any other clause of this Section 8.2;
