“Approved Fund” means any Fund that is administered or managed by # a Lender, # an Affiliate of a Lender, or # an entity or an Affiliate of an entity that administers or manages a Lender.

Approved Fund. Any Fund that is administered or managed by (a) a Lender, or (b) an Affiliate of a Lender or (c) an entity or an Affiliate of an entity that administers or manages a Lender.

“Approved Fund” means any Fund that is administered or managed by # a [[Organization A:Organization]], # an Affiliate of a [[Organization A:Organization]] or # an entity or an Affiliate of an entity that administers or manages a [[Organization A:Organization]].

“Restricted Debt Payments” in respect of any Restricted Debt, means any prepayments, redemptions, purchases and defeasances prior to the maturity thereof in respect of such Restricted Debt, including pursuant to any sinking fund or similar deposit.

Lender and (e) to the extent permitted under [Section 9.05(g)], any Affiliated Lender or any Debt Fund Affiliate; provided that in any event, “Eligible Assignee” shall not include (i) any natural person or any entity owned and operated for the primary benefit of a natural person, (ii) any Disqualified Institution or (iii) except as permitted under [Section 9.05(g)], the Borrower or any of its Affiliates.

All payments of Benefits shall be made solely from the assets of the Trust Fund. No Fiduciary guarantees the Trust Fund or any Company Contributions, Salary Deferrals, Rollover Contributions or Member Contributions in any manner against investment loss or depreciation in asset value. Except only as expressly provided by the Plan, and then only to the extent of his Benefit payable under the Plan from the assets of the Trust Fund, no person shall have any right to, or interest in, any assets of the Trust Fund.
