“Affiliated Lender” means, at any time, any Lender that is a direct or indirect holding company of Holdings or an Investor (including portfolio companies of the Investors notwithstanding the exclusion in the definition of “Investors”) (other than Holdings, the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and other than any Debt Fund Affiliate) or a Non-Debt Fund Affiliate of an Investor at such time.

“Affiliated Lender” means, at any time, any Lender that is (a) the Sponsor, (b) a Non-Debt Fund Affiliate of the Sponsor or the Borrower or (c) a direct or indirect holding company of the Borrower, at such time.

“Affiliated Lender” means any Non-Debt Fund Affiliate, Holdings, the Borrower and/or any Subsidiary of the Borrower.

“Affiliated Lender” means, at any time, any Lender that is any of the Sponsors or an Affiliate of any of the Sponsors (other than Holdings, the Borrower or any of their respective Subsidiaries) at such time.

“Affiliated Lender” means, at any time, any Lender that is the Sponsor or an Affiliate of the Sponsor (other than Holdings, the Borrower or any of their respective Subsidiaries) at such time.

“Affiliated Lender” means, at any time, any Lender that is an Investor or an Affiliate of an Investor (other than # the Borrower or any Subsidiary, # any Debt Fund Affiliate or # any natural person) at such time.

“Affiliated Lender” means any Non-Debt Fund Affiliate, the Borrower or any Subsidiary.

“Affiliated Lender” means a Person that is # a Sponsor or an Affiliate of a Sponsor, including any Non-Debt Fund Affiliates and # a Sponsor Fund Affiliate including any Non-Debt Fund Affiliates; provided that “Affiliated Lenders” shall not include Holdings, any of its Subsidiaries or any Debt Fund Affiliate.

“Affiliated Lender” means a Lender that is an Affiliate of the Borrower (but excluding, in any case, the Borrower and the other Loan Parties and their respective Subsidiaries).

“Affiliated Lender” means, collectively, any Affiliate of a Borrower (other than a Borrower or a Guarantor of Payment).
