This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter, and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings or representations of the parties (oral or written) relating to the same subject matter. It is declared by the parties hereto that there are no oral agreements or undertakings between them affecting this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and undertakings, both written and oral, among the parties with respect thereto.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, oral, written and implied, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto in respect of its subject matter and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or representations by or among the parties hereto, written or oral, to the extent they relate in any way to the subject matter hereof or the transactions contemplated hereby.

This Agreement constitutes the entire contract between the parties hereto with regard to the subject matter hereof. It supersedes any other agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which relate to the subject matter hereof.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement, and supersedes all other prior agreements, understandings, representations and warranties, both written and oral, between the parties, with respect to the subject matter hereof.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all previous agreements, promises, proposals, representations, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral, respecting the subject matter hereof.

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter thereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and negotiations, written or oral, with respect to such subject matter.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement to date between the parties hereto and supersedes every previous agreement, communication, expectation, negotiation, representation or understanding, whether oral or written, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may not be amended orally, but may only be amended by an instrument in writing signed by each of the parties hereto.
