Death or Disability. If CFOs employment is terminated by death or Disability, the Company shall pay to CFO, or to CFOs heirs, CFOs accrued and unpaid base salary and accrued and unused vacation benefits earned through the date of termination at the rate in effect at the time of termination, less standard deductions and withholdings. The Company shall thereafter have no further obligations to CFO and/or CFOs heirs under this Agreement, except as otherwise provided by law.
Termination For Cause. If the Company terminates CFOs employment for Cause, then the Company shall pay CFOs accrued and unpaid base salary and accrued and unused vacation benefits earned through the date of termination, at the rate in effect at the time of termination, less standard deductions and withholdings.
