BENEFIT. This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of each of the parties hereto, and to their respective heirs, representatives, successors and permitted assigns. Employee may not assign any of Employee’s rights or delegate any of Employee’s duties under this Agreement.

Benefit. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of and shall be enforceable by and against the Company, its successors and assigns, and Employee, Employee’s heirs, beneficiaries, and legal representatives.

This Agreement will bind and inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by Employee, the Company and their respective permitted successors or assigns (including personal representatives, heirs and legatees). Employee may not assign any rights or obligations under this Agreement except to the extent, and in the manner, expressly permitted herein.

Any attempted assignment by Employee in violation of this Paragraph 17 shall be null, void, ab initio and of no effect of any kind or nature whatsoever.

Binding Effect; Assignment. This Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties, their successors and their permitted assigns; provided that Employee may not assign his rights or duties hereunder and any such assignment will be null and void.
