Death Benefit. Notwithstanding any provision of the Plan to the contrary, upon Stecko’s death, the actuarial equivalent of his remaining Retirement Benefit, if any shall be payable in a lump sum to (a) his Surviving Spouse, (b) if there is no Surviving Spouse, then to his living children in equal portions, or (c) if none of Stecko’s children survives him, then to his estate.

Death Benefit. Death Benefit means the benefit payable under the Plan to a Participant’s Beneficiary(ies) upon the Participant’s death as provided in Section 6.1 of the Plan.

Death Benefit. In the event of a Participant’s death prior to the complete distribution of his or her vested Account Balance, the Participant’s Beneficiary(ies) shall receive the Participant’s unpaid vested Account Balance in a lump sum payment (the “Death Benefit”). The Death Benefit shall be calculated as of the close of business on or around the Benefit Distribution Date for such benefit, which shall be the date on which the Committee is provided with proof that is satisfactory to the Committee of the Participant’s death.

Death Benefit. If a Participant shall die with a balance credited to his Account, his Account shall be paid to his Beneficiary. All amounts shall be paid in a lump sum or installments, as selected by the Participant, but on the first banking day of January in the year following the year of the Participant’s death.

In the event of my death prior to my Separation from Service, my Beneficiary shall be entitled to a Death Benefit calculated in accordance with the terms of Sections 1.11 and 3.3 of the Plan and payable in a Lump Sum. In the event of my death following my Separation from Service, my Beneficiary shall be entitled to the amount otherwise payable to me, payable as a Death Benefit in a Lump Sum payment.

Death Benefit: Upon the death of a Participant prior to his separation from service with the Employer (including while on a leave of absence for Qualified Military Service, in accordance with Section 12.04), the entire balance of his account, valued in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.05, shall be distributable, as a Death Benefit, as soon as administratively feasible and in accordance with the provisions of Articles VII of the Plan.
