Date of Termination. “Date of Termination” shall mean # if Executive’s employment is terminated by Executive’s death, the date of Executive’s death; or # if Executive’s employment is terminated pursuant to Section 3(a)(ii) – # either the date indicated in the Notice of Termination or the date specified by the Company pursuant to Section 3(b), whichever is earlier.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination” shall mean: # if the Executive’s employment is terminated by his death, the date of his death; # if the Executive’s employment is terminated on account of disability under Section 3(b) or by the Company for Cause under Section 3(c), the date on which Notice of Termination is given; # if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company under Section 3(d), the date on which a Notice of Termination is given; # if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Executive under Section 3(e) without Good Reason, 30 days after the date on which a Notice of Termination is given, and # if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Executive under Section 3(e) with Good Reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given after the end of the Cure Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the Executive gives a Notice of Termination to the Company, the Company may unilaterally accelerate the Date of Termination and such acceleration shall not result in a termination by the Company for purposes of this Agreement.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination” will mean the date specified in the Notice of Termination where required (which date shall be on or after the date of the Notice of Termination) or in any other case upon your ceasing to perform services for the Consolidated [[Organization A:Organization]].

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination” means # if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company for Cause, or by the Executive for Good Reason, the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the case may be, # if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination (which shall not be less than thirty (30) nor more than sixty (60) days from the date such Notice of Termination is given unless the Executive otherwise agrees), and # if the Executive’s employment is terminated for Disability, thirty (30) days after Notice of Termination is given, provided that the Executive shall not have returned to the full-time performance of his/her duties during such thirty (30) day period.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination” shall mean # if the Executive’s employment is terminated by his death, the date of his death, # if the Executive’s employment is terminated pursuant to Section 3(b), on the date the Executive receives Notice of Termination from the Company, # if the Executive voluntarily terminates his employment (whether or not for Good Reason), the date specified in the notice given pursuant to Section 3(e) or 3(f) herein which shall not be less than thirty (30) days after the Notice of Termination, and # if the Executive’s employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or any later date (within thirty (30) days, or any alternative time period agreed upon by the parties, after the giving of such notice) set forth in such Notice of Termination.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the Executive gives a Notice of Termination to the Company, the Company may unilaterally accelerate the Date of Termination and such acceleration shall not result in a termination by the Company for purposes of this Agreement.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination” shall mean # if Executive’s employment is terminated by Executive’s death, the date of Executive’s death; or # if Executive’s employment is terminated pursuant to Section 3(a[[Company:Organization]](ii[[Company:Organization]] - # either the date indicated in the Notice of Termination or the date specified by the Company pursuant to Section 3(b[[Company:Organization]], whichever is earlier.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination” shall mean: # if the Executive’s employment is terminated by her death, the date of her death; # if the Executive’s employment is terminated on account of disability under Section 3(b) or by the Company for Cause under Section 3(c), the date on which Notice of Termination is given; # if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company under Section 3(d), the date on which a Notice of Termination is given; # if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Executive under Section 3(e) other than for Good Reason, 14 days after the date on which a Notice of Termination is given unless an earlier effective date is provided in such Notice of Termination, and # if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Executive under Section 3(e) for Good Reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given after the end of the Cure Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the Executive gives a Notice of Termination to the Company, the Company may unilaterally accelerate the Date of Termination and such acceleration shall not result in a termination by the Company for purposes of this Agreement.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination” shall mean the date specified in the Notice of Termination, provided that the Date of Termination shall be at least thirty (30) days following the date the Notice of Termination is given; provided, however, that in the case of Executive’s termination for Good Reason, Date of Termination shall mean the close of business on the last day on which the Company may cure any circumstance alleged by Executive to give rise to a Good Reason termination, or in the case of Company’s termination for Misconduct, Date of Termination shall mean the close of business on the last day on which Executive may cure any circumstance alleged by the Company to give rise to a Misconduct termination.
