“Data Room” means the virtual data room hosted by the Company via Google Drive.

Data Room. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Sublease, commencing on the date of this Sublease and ending on the day before the Delivery Date, Sublandlord shall have the right to access the data room located in the Initial Premises and depicted on Exhibit C hereto (the “Data Room”) on a “24 hours per day/7 days per week/365(6) days per year” basis, and to use the Data Room in common with Subtenant. Neither party shall move or otherwise interfere with the equipment of the other party that may be currently or hereafter located in the Data Room. Sublandlord shall provide at least one (1) hour’s prior notice to Subtenant, which notice (notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 10.1 hereof) may be delivered by email or telephone to Steve Michel, Subtenant’s Executive Director of Operations (phone number (650) 801- 6430, email [[Email]]), in order to enter the Data Room during normal operating hours (except in the case of an emergency, in which event no notice shall be required).

Mechanical Room. Effective as of the Fourth Amendment Commencement Date, [Section 4(b)] of the Second Amendment (Temporary Mechanical Room) shall be deleted in its entirety and have no further force or effect and Tenant shall have sole and exclusive use of the Temporary Common Area (described in such [Section 4(b)] of the Second Amendment).

Data/Server Room. Effective as of the Fourth Amendment Commencement Date, [Section 4(c)] of the Second Amendment (Data/Server Room) shall be deleted in its entirety and have no further force or effect and Tenant shall have sole and exclusive use of the Temporary Data/Server Room (described in [Section 4(c)] of the Second Amendment).

Storage Room. Tenant shall have the right to utilize storage space in the storage room to be constructed by Landlord in the Building pursuant to [Schedule 1] to Exhibit B (the "Storage Room"), for up to Tenant’s Share of the Storage Room's storage capacity, provided that Tenant shall be responsible for providing any equipment or modifications (e.g., (self-contained bunkers, dedicated exhaust, additional fire rating, etc.) to support Tenant's specific usage and Landlord shall demise by chain link fence Tenant's Share of the usable space of the Storage Room.

The provider must set up a communications room in the National Monitoring Center and in the Regional Simultaneous Monitoring Center, in accordance with what is offered in technical annex No. 1, and what is established in the technical bases.

Data Room. Within ​ after the Effective Date, Company shall request that ​ prepare and deliver to Bain on one or more USB drives, an electronic copy of all the documents and information that are available for download by Bain as of the Effective Date and contained in the virtual online data room hosted on behalf of Company by ​ in the online workspace captioned ​ on the Effective Date (the “Data Room”).

Copy of Data Room . On the Closing Date, Sellers will order an electronic copy of the Data Room for delivery to Buyer within a reasonable amount of time after the Closing Date (but, in no event later than ten (10) days after the Closing Date).

Bicycle Room. Tenant shall have access to the bicycle room on the first (1st) floor of the Building for the purpose of storing bicycles and subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as may be required by Landlord.
