Data Privacy. In order to administer the Plan, the Company may process personal data about Grantee. Such data includes, but is not limited to, the information provided in this Notice and any changes thereto, other appropriate personal and financial data about Grantee such as home address and business addresses and other contact information, and any other information that might be deemed appropriate by the Company to facilitate the administration of the Plan. Grantee hereby gives explicit consent to the Company to process any such personal data. Grantee also gives explicit consent to the Company to transfer any such personal data outside the country in which Grantee works or is employed, including, if Grantee is not a U.S. resident, to the United States, to transferees that shall include the Company and other persons who are designated by the Company to administer the Plan.

Personal Information. The Grantee hereby acknowledges and agrees that personal data necessary to administer the Plan,Plan may be transferred from any direct or indirect subsidiary of the Company to the Company, and/or a securities brokerage firm and/or any other entity responsible for administering the accounts of participants of the Plan. Some of these entities may process personalbe located in countries whose privacy and data about Grantee.protection laws may not be equivalent to those in the Grantee’s country of residence. Such data includes, but is not limited to,may include the information provided in this Notice and any changes thereto, other appropriate personal and financial data about Grantee such as home address and business addresses and other contact information,Grantee’s name, position, address, date of birth and any other information that mightdata necessary to prove eligibility to receive Shares or to calculate tax withholdings. Grantee may request access to and, where shown to be deemed appropriate byincorrect, correct the Company to facilitate the administration of the Plan. Grantee hereby gives explicit consent to the Company to process any such personal data. Grantee also gives explicit consent to the Company to transfer any such personal data outside the country in which Grantee works or is employed, including, if Grantee is not a U.S. resident, to the United States, to transferees that shall include the Company and other persons who are designated by the Company to administer the Plan.

Data Privacy. In orderBy entering into this Agreement, Grantee: # agrees to administer the Plan, the Company may processdisclose certain personal data about Grantee. Such data includes, but is not limited to, the information provided in this Notice and any changes thereto, other appropriate personal and financial data about Grantee such as home address and business addresses and other contact information, and any other information that might be deemed appropriate by the Company to facilitate the administration of the Plan. Grantee hereby gives explicit consent to the Company to process any such personal data. Grantee also gives explicit consent to the Company to transfer any such personal data outside the country in which Grantee works or is employed, including, if Grantee is not a U.S. resident, to the United States, to transferees that shall include the Company and other persons who are designatedrequested by the Company to administer the Plan.Plan and expressly consents to the Company’s processing such data for purposes of the implementation or administration of the Plan and this Agreement; # waives any data privacy rights Grantee may have with respect to such data; and # authorizes the Company and any of its authorized agents to store and transmit such information in electronic form.
