In this regard, upon request of the Corporation or your Employer, you agree to provide an executed data privacy consent form to your Employer or the Corporation (or any other agreements or consents that may be required by your Employer or the Corporation) that the Corporation and/or your Employer may deem necessary to obtain under the data privacy laws in your country, either now or in the future. You understand you will not be able to participate in the Plan if you fail to execute any such consent or agreement.

Upon request of the CorporationCompany or yourthe Employer, you agree to provide ana separate executed data privacy consent form to your Employer or the Corporation (or any other agreements or consents that may be required by your Employer the Company and/or the Corporation)Employer) that the CorporationCompany and/or yourthe Employer may deem necessary to obtain underfrom you for the purpose of administering your participation in the Plan in compliance with the data privacy laws in your country, either now or in the future. You understand and agree that you will not be able to participate in the Plan if you fail to executeprovide any such consent or agreement.agreement requested by the Company and/or the Employer.

You understand youThe Employee understands he or she will not be able to participate in the Plan if you failthe Employee fails to execute any such consent or agreement.

I also understand that you have read and understood the terms regarding collection,Corporation may rely on a different legal basis for the processing andor transfer of Data contained in [Section 9(f)] (Data Privacy Consent) of the Agreement and by participatingdata in the Plan, you agreefuture and/or request me to such terms. In this regard,provide another data privacy consent. If applicable and upon request of the Corporation or your Employer, youCorporation, I agree to provide an executed acknowledgment or data privacy consent form to your Employerthe Corporation or the CorporationEmployer (or any other acknowledgments, agreements or consents that may be required by your Employer or the Corporation)consents) that the Corporation and/or yourthe Employer may deem necessary to obtain under the data privacy laws in yourmy country, either now or in the future. YouI understand youthat I will not be able to participate in the Plan if youI fail to execute any such acknowledgment, agreement or consent requested by the Corporation and/or agreement.the Employer.
