The Employee hereby explicitly and unambiguously consents to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of the Employee’s personal data as described in this Grant Agreement and any other materials by and among, as applicable, the Company, its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and the Employer for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Employee’s participation in the Plan.

The EmployeeYou hereby explicitly and unambiguously consentsconsent to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of the Employee’syour personal data as described in this Grant Agreement and any other materials by and among, as applicable, the Company,Employer, the Company and its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and the Employersubsidiaries for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Employee’syour participation in the Plan.

Data Privacy. The EmployeeParticipant hereby explicitly and unambiguously consents to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of the Employee’Participant’s personal data as described in this Grantthe Award Agreement and any other grant materials by and among, as applicable, the Company, its Subsidiaries or Affiliates,the Employer and the Employerany other Subsidiary for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Employee’Participant’s participation in the Plan.

The EmployeePersonal Data. You hereby explicitly and unambiguously consentsconsent to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of the Employee’syour personal data as described in this Grant Agreement and any other Option grant materials by and among, as applicable, your employer (the “Employer”), the Company,Company and its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and the EmployerAffiliates for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Employee’syour participation in the Plan.

The EmployeeI hereby explicitly and unambiguously consentsconsent to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of the Employee’smy personal data as described in this GrantAward Agreement and any other materials by and among, as applicable, my Employer, the Company,Corporation and its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and the Employerother affiliates, for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Employee’smy participation in the Plan.
