Pursuant to applicable data protection laws, the Employee is hereby notified that the Company collects, processes uses, and transfers certain personally-identifiable information about the Employee for the legitimate interest of implementing, administering and managing the Plan and generally administering equity awards; specifically, including the Employee’s name, home address, email address and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any Shares or directorships held in the Company, and details of all RSUs or any other awards granted, canceled, exercised, vested, or outstanding in the Employee’s favor, which the Company receives from the Employee or the Employer. In granting the Employee RSUs under the Plan, the Company will collect the Employee’s personal data for purposes of allocating Shares and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company’s collection, processing, use and transfer of the Employee’s personal data is necessary for the performance of the Company’s contractual obligations under the Plan and pursuant to the Company’s legitimate interest of managing and generally administering employee equity awards. The Employee’s refusal to provide personal data would make it impossible for the Company to perform its contractual obligations and may affect the Employee’s ability to participate in the Plan. As such, by accepting the RSUs, you voluntarily acknowledge the Processing of your Personal Data as described herein.

In addition to any Personnel Privacy notice Participant received in connection with Participant’s service with the Company: The Company, its Subsidiaries and their respective affiliates (the “Company Entities”) may hold, and by accepting the RSUs Participant consents to their holding, Participant’s personal information, including Participant’s name, home address, telephone number, date of birth, social security number or other employee tax identification number, national identification number, passport number, employment history and status, salary, nationality, job title, and information about any equity compensation grants or Shares awarded, cancelled, purchased, vested, unvested or outstanding in Participant’s favor (the “Data”).
