The Corporation collects, processes and uses the Participant’s personal data, including, name, home address, email address and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number, passport or other identification number, salary, citizenship, nationality, job title, any shares of stock or directorships held in the Corporation, and details of all awards, canceled, vested, or outstanding in the Participant’s favor, which the Corporation receives from the Participant or the Participant’s employer. If the Corporation offers the Participant the opportunity to participate in the Plan, then the Corporation will collect the Participant’s personal data for purposes of allocating stock and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Corporation’s legal basis for the processing of the Participant’s personal data would be the Participant’s consent.

The legal basis, where required, for the processing of Data is Participant’s consent.

The Participant understands that the Corporation and the Employer hold certain personal information about the Participant, including, but not limited to, the Participant’s name, home address and telephone number, email address, date of birth, social insurance number, passport or other identification number, salary, nationality, job title, any shares of Common Stock or directorships held in the Corporation, details of all entitlement to shares of Common Stock awarded, canceled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in Participant’s favor (“Personal Data”), for the purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Plan.

The Participant understands that the Corporation and the Participant's Employer may hold certain personal information about the Participant, including, but not limited to, the Participant's name, home address and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, nationality, job title, any shares of Common Stock or directorships held in the Corporation, details of all Awards or any other entitlement to shares awarded, canceled, vested, unvested or outstanding in the Participant's favor (“Data”), for the purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Plan.

Participant understands that this Personal Data may include, without limitation, Participant’s name, home address and telephone number, email address, date of birth, social insurance number, passport number or other identification number (e.g., resident registration number), salary, nationality, job title, any shares of stock or directorships held in the Company, details of all Options or any other entitlement to shares of stock or equivalent benefits awarded, canceled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in Participant’s favor. The legal basis for the processing of Participant’s Personal Data, where required, will be Participant’s consent.

Data Collection and Usage: The Company collects, processes and uses personal data of employees to the extent necessary for the purposes set forth below, including name, home address, email address and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance (including social security number, if applicable), passport or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any shares of stock or directorships held in the Company, and details of all Performance RSUs, canceled, vested or outstanding in the Participant’s favor, which the Company receives from the Participant or the Employer. If the Company offers the Participant a grant of Performance RSUs under the Plan, then the Company will collect the Participant’s personal data for purposes of allocating Shares and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company’s legal basis for processing of the Participant’s personal data will be his or her consent.
