Data Collection and Usage. The Company collects, uses and otherwise processes certain personal data about the Participant, including, but not limited to, the Participant’s name, home address and telephone number, email address, date of birth, social insurance number, passport or other identification number (e.g., resident registration number), salary, nationality, job title, any shares of stock or directorships held in the Company, details of all options or any other entitlement to shares of stock awarded, canceled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in the Participant’s favor, which the Company receives from the Participant, Participant’s Employer or otherwise in connection with this Agreement or the Plan (“Data”), for the purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan and allocating Shares pursuant to the Plan.

Data Collection and Usage. The Company collects, processes and uses personal data about the Participant, including but not limited to, the Participant’s name, home address, email address and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number, passport or other identification number, salary, nationality, job title, any shares or directorships held in the Company, details of all equity awards or any other entitlement to shares awarded, canceled, vested, unvested or outstanding in the Participant’s favor, which the Company receives from the Participant (“Personal Data”). In order for Participant to participate in the Plan, the Company will collect Personal Data for purposes of allocating shares and implementing, administering and managing the Plan.

Data Collection and Usage. The Company and the Service Recipient collect, process and use certain personal information about you, including, but not limited to, your name, home address and telephone number, email address, date of birth, social insurance, passport or other identification number, salary, nationality, job title, any Shares or directorships held in the Company, details of all PSUs or any other entitlement to Shares awarded, canceled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in your favor (“Data”), for the purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The legal basis, where required, for the processing of Data is your consent.

Data Collection and Usage. Ceridian collects, processes and uses Optionee’s personal data, including Optionee’s name, home address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any Shares or directorships held in Ceridian, and details of all Options or any other awards granted, canceled, exercised, vested, or outstanding in Optionee’s favor, which Ceridian receives from Optionee or the Employer. In granting the Option under the Plan, Ceridian will collect, process and use Optionee’s personal data for purposes of allocating Shares and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. Depending on applicable country-specific requirements as further identified in the Addendum, Ceridian’s legal basis for the collection, processing and usage of Optionee’s personal data may be for Ceridian’s legitimate business purpose, which includes the performance of an employment related contract for compensation and benefits, and/or Optionee’s consent.

The legal basis, where required, for the processing of Data is your consent.

Data Collection and Usage. The Company or the Employer may collect, process and use certain personal information about Participant, including, but not limited to, Participant’s name, home address and telephone number, office address (including department and employing entity) and telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, citizenship, country of residence at the time of grant, work location country, system employee ID, employee local ID, employment status (including international status code), supervisor (if applicable), job code, job title, salary, bonus target and bonuses paid (if applicable), termination date and reason, tax payer’s identification number, tax equalization code, US Green Card holder status, contract type (single/dual/multi), social insurance number, passport or other identification number (e.g., resident registration number), nationality, any directorships held in the Company, any shares of stock held, details of all Restricted Stock Units or any other equity awards granted, canceled, forfeited, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding with respect to Participant, estimated tax withholding rate, brokerage account number (if applicable), and brokerage fees (“Data”), for the purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The legal basis, where required, for the processing of Data is the Company's legitimate business interest of providing discretionary benefits under the Plan to Participant.
