Data Collection, Processing and Usage. Personal data collected, processed and used by the Company in connection with Awards granted under the Plan includes the Grantee’s name, home address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any shares of Common Stock or directorships held in the Company, and details of all Awards granted, cancelled, exercised, vested, or outstanding. In granting Awards under the Plan, the Company will collect the Grantee’s personal data for purposes of allocating shares of Common Stock in settlement of the Awards and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company collects, processes and uses the Grantee’s personal data in compliance with GE’s Employment Data Protection Standards and the Uses of Employment Data for GE Entities. The Grantee may exercise rights to access, correction, or restriction or deletion where applicable, by contacting the Grantee’s local HR manager or initiating a request through www.onehr.ge.com.

Data Collection and Usage. The Corporation collects, processes and uses the Participant’s personal data, including, name, home address, email address and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number, passport or other identification number, salary, citizenship, nationality, job title, any shares of stock or directorships held in the Corporation, and details of all awards, canceled, vested, or outstanding in the Participant’s favor, which the Corporation receives from the Participant or the Participant’s employer. If the Corporation offers the Participant the opportunity to participate in the Plan, then the Corporation will collect the Participant’s personal data for purposes of allocating stock and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Corporation’s legal basis for the processing of the Participant’s personal data would be the Participant’s consent.

Consent to Collection/Processing/Transfer of Personal Data. Pursuant to applicable personal data protection laws, ​ hereby notifies the Employee of the following in relation to the Employee’s personal Data (as defined below) and the collection, use, processing and transfer of such Data in relation to ​’s grant of this award and the Employee’s participation in the Plan. The collection, use, processing and transfer of the Employee’s Data is necessary for ​’s administration of the Plan and the Employee’s participation in the Plan, and the Employee’s denial and/or objection to the collection, use, processing and transfer of Data may affect the Employee’s participation in the Plan. As such, the Employee hereby voluntarily acknowledges and consents (where required under applicable law) to the collection, use, processing and transfer of Data as described in this paragraph.

Data Privacy Consent. By electing to participate in the Plan via the Company’s online acceptance procedure, Participant is declaring that Participant agrees with the data processing practices described herein and consent to the collection, processing and use of Personal Data (as defined below) by the Company and the transfer of Personal Data to the recipients mentioned herein, including recipients located in countries which do not adduce an adequate level of protection from a European (or other) data protection law perspective, for the purposes described herein.

Data Collection and Usage. Pursuant to applicable data protection laws, the Employee is hereby notified that the Company collects, processes uses, and transfers certain personally-identifiable information about the Employee for the legitimate interest of implementing, administering and managing the Plan and generally administering equity awards; specifically, including the Employee’s name, home address, email address and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any Shares or directorships held in the Company, and details of all Stock Options or any other awards granted, canceled, exercised, vested, or outstanding in the Employee’s favor, which the Company receives from the Employee or the Employer. In granting the Employee Stock Options under the Plan, the Company will collect the Employee’s personal data for purposes of allocating Shares and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company’s collection, processing, use and transfer of the Employee’s personal data is necessary for the performance of the Company’s contractual obligations under the Plan and pursuant to the Company’s legitimate interest of managing and generally administering employee equity awards. The Employee’s refusal to provide personal data would make it impossible for the Company to perform its contractual obligations and may affect the Employee’s ability to participate in the Plan. As such, by participating in the Plan, the Employee voluntarily acknowledges the collection, use, processing and transfer of the Employee’s personal data as described herein.

“Personal Data” includes any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural . person; “Buyer Personal Data” includes any Personal Data obtained by Seller from Buyer; and “Processing” includes any operation or set of operations performed upon Personal Data, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, accessing, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction.

Participant understands that Data will be held only as long as is required by law or as necessary to implement, administer and manage Participant’s participation in the Plan or for compliance or financial reporting purposes. Participant understands that pursuant to art.7 of D.lgs 196/2003, Participant has rights, including but not limited to, the right to access, delete, update, request the rectification of Participant’s Data and cease the Data processing and to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of Participant’s Data, even though they are relevant to the purpose of collection. Furthermore, Participant is aware that Participant’s Data will not be used for direct marketing purposes. In addition, the Data provided can be reviewed and questions or complaints can be addressed by contacting a local HR representative. If Participant requests that the Company cease processing Participant’s personal data, Participant must do so by writing to the Company’s Stock Administration Department, or sending an email to ​. If Participant requests that the Company cease processing Participant’s Data, the Company will not be able to administer this award. Accordingly, if Participant requests that the Company cease processing Participant’s Data, this Award will be cancelled when Participant’s withdrawal is received.

Share Usage. The Committee shall determine the method for calculating the number of Shares available for grant under the Plan, subject to the following:

Excess Usage. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for the actual cost without markup of any excess water, sewer and chiller usage in the Premises. Excess usage shall mean the excess of the estimated usage in the Premises (per square foot of rentable area) during any three (3) month billing period over the average usage (per square foot of rentable area) during the same period for the entire Commercial/Garage Unit, as reasonably calculated by Landlord in good faith and with commercially reasonable documentation thereof provided to Tenant promptly upon Tenant’s written requests from time-to-time.
