Data Collection and Usage. The Company collects, processes and uses the Optionee’s personal data, including the Optionee’s name, home address and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any Shares or directorships held in the Company, and details of all awards canceled, vested, exercised or outstanding in the Optionee’s favor, which the Company receives from the Optionee or the Employer. If the Company offers the Optionee an opportunity to participate in the Plan, then the Company will collect the Optionee’s personal data for purposes of allocating stock and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company’s legal basis for the processing of the Optionee’s personal data would be the Optionee’s consent.

Data Collection and Usage. The Company collects, uses and otherwise processes certain personal data about the Participant, including, but not limited to, the Participant’s name, home address and telephone number, email address, date of birth, social insurance number, passport or other identification number (e.g., resident registration number), salary, nationality, job title, any shares of stock or directorships held in the Company, details of all options or any other entitlement to shares of stock awarded, canceled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in the Participant’s favor, which the Company receives from the Participant, Participant’s Employer or otherwise in connection with this Agreement or the Plan (“Data”), for the purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan and allocating Shares pursuant to the Plan.

The Company collects, processes and uses personal data about the Participant, including but not limited to, the Participant’s name, home address, email address and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number, passport or other identification number, salary, nationality, job title, any shares or directorships held in the Company, details of all equity awards or any other entitlement to shares awarded, canceled, vested, unvested or outstanding in the Participant’s favor, which the Company receives from the Participant (“Personal Data”). In order for Participant to participate in the Plan, the Company will collect Personal Data for purposes of allocating shares and implementing, administering and managing the Plan.

The Company collects, uses and otherwise processes certain personal data about the Participant, including, but not limited to, the Participant’s name, home address and telephone number, email address, date of birth, social insurance number, passport or other identification number (e.g., resident registration number), salary, nationality, job title, any shares of stock or directorships held in the Company, details of all RSUs or any other entitlement to shares of stock awarded, canceled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in the Participant’s favor, which the Company receives from the Participant, Participant’s Employer or otherwise in connection with this Agreement or the Plan (“Data”), for the purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan and allocating Shares pursuant to the Plan.

The Company and the Employer collect, process and use certain personal information about you, including, but not limited to, your name, home address and telephone number, email address, date of birth, social insurance, passport or other identification number, salary, nationality, job title, any shares of Common Stock or directorships held in the Company, details of all Restricted Stock Units or any other entitlement to shares of Common Stock or equivalent benefits awarded, canceled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in your favor (“Data”), for the purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The legal basis, where required, for the processing of Data is your consent.

Data Collected and Purposes of Collection. The Participant understands that the Company, acting as controller, as well as the employing Participating Company, will process, to the extent permissible under applicable law, certain personal information about him or her, including name, home address and telephone number, information necessary to process the Units (e.g., mailing address for a check payment or bank account wire transfer information), date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, nationality, job title, employment location, details of all Units granted, canceled, vested, unvested or outstanding in his or her favor, and where applicable service termination date and reason for termination, any capital shares or directorships held in the Company (where needed for legal or tax compliance), and any other information necessary to process mandatory tax withholding and reporting (all such personal information is referred to as “Data”). The Data is collected from the Participant, and from the Participating Company Group, for the purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Plan pursuant to its terms. The legal bases (that is, the legal justification) for processing the Data is that it is necessary to perform, administer and manage the Plan pursuant to this Agreement between the Participant and the Company, and in Company’s legitimate interests to comply with applicable non-EU laws when performing, administering and managing the Plan, subject to his or her interest and fundamental rights. The Data must be provided in order for the Participant to participate in the Plan and for the parties to this Agreement to perform their respective obligations thereunder. If the Participant does not provide Data, he or she will not be able to participate in the Plan and become a party to this Agreement.

The legal bases (that is, the legal justification) for processing the Data is that it is necessary to perform, administer and manage this Option Agreement and in Company’s legitimate interests, which means the Company is using the relevant Data to conduct and develop its business activities, subject to the Participant’s interest and fundamental rights. The Data must be provided in order for the Participant to participate in this Option Agreement and for the parties to this Option Agreement to perform their respective obligations thereunder. If the Participant does not provide Data, he or she will not be able to participate in and become a party to this Option Agreement.

In order for Participant to participate in the Plan, the Company will collect Personal data for purposes of allocating Shares and implementing, administering and managing the Plan.

The Company or the Employer may collect, process and use certain personal information about Participant, including, but not limited to, Participant’s name, home address and telephone number, office address (including department and employing entity) and telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, citizenship, country of residence at the time of grant, work location country, system employee ID, employee local ID, employment status (including international status code), supervisor (if applicable), job code, job title, salary, bonus target and bonuses paid (if applicable), termination date and reason, tax payer’s identification number, tax equalization code, US Green Card holder status, contract type (single/dual/multi), social insurance number, passport or other identification number (e.g., resident registration number), nationality, any directorships held in the Company, any shares of stock held, details of all Restricted Stock Units or any other equity awards granted, canceled, forfeited, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding with respect to Participant, estimated tax withholding rate, brokerage account number (if applicable), and brokerage fees (“Data”), for the purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The legal basis, where required, for the processing of Data is the Company's legitimate business interest of providing discretionary benefits under the Plan to Participant.

The Company and the Service Recipient collect, process and use certain personal information about you, including, but not limited to, your name, home address and telephone number, email address, date of birth, social insurance, passport or other identification number, salary, nationality, job title, any Shares or directorships held in the Company, details of all PSUs or any other entitlement to Shares awarded, canceled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in your favor (“Data”), for the purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The legal basis, where required, for the processing of Data is your consent.
