Consolidated Current Ratio” means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of # consolidated current assets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of such date to # consolidated current liabilities of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of such date, in each case, as otherwise determined in accordance with GAAP.

“Current Ratio” means, as of any date, the ratio of # consolidated current assets (including Availability as of such date, but excluding non-cash assets under ASC Topic 815) of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries as of such date to # consolidated current liabilities (excluding current maturities of long-term debt and non-cash obligations under ASC Topic 815) of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries as of such date.
