Currency of Payments. All payments of principal of, and interest accrued on, any Loan hereunder shall be made in the currency in which such Loan is denominated. All payments of fees due pursuant to [Section 2.11(a)] shall be payable in Euros. All payments of fees to Administrative Agent for its own account as set forth in the Fee Letter shall be paid in Euros. All payments made to reimburse Administrative Agent or any Lender for any costs, expenses, or other amounts pursuant to Section 9.3 or any other Loan Document shall be made in the currency in which such obligation to be reimbursed is invoiced or incurred.

Currency of Payments; Payment Method. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all amounts owed by a Party under this Agreement shall be paid by such Party via electronic funds transmission of immediately available funds in U.S. dollars to the account designated in writing to such Party by the other Party. Conversion of amounts recorded in a currency other than U.S. dollars shall be performed in a manner consistent with each Party’s normal practices used to prepare its audited financial statements for internal and external reporting purposes. All payments by one Party to another Party under this Agreement shall be paid by electronic funds transmission. Each Party shall provide payment method information to the JFC.

Currency of Payments. All amounts set forth herein (including all payments) are in US Dollars, unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement. Net Sales outside of the US shall be first determined in the currency in which they are earned and shall then be converted into an amount in US Dollars as follows: # with respect to Sales by or on behalf of Roche or an Affiliate pursuant to [Section 1.146.1], using Roche’s or such Affiliate’s customary and usual conversion procedures, consistently applied and # with respect to Sales by or on behalf of a given Sublicensee pursuant to [Section 1.146.2], using the conversion procedures applicable to payments by such Sublicensee to Roche for such sales.

Any Advance shall be drawn in the currency specified in the Drawdown Notice in respect of that Advance.

Currency of Payments. All amounts payable and calculations under this Agreement will be in Dollars. As applicable, Net Sales and any royalty reductions will be translated into Dollars using the average of the applicable daily foreign exchange rates published in the Wall Street Journal (or any other qualified source that is acceptable to both Lyra and Lian) for ​ in which such Net Sales occurred. All payments under this Agreement will be paid in Dollars by wire transfer to an account designated by the receiving Party (which account the receiving Party may update from time to time in writing).

Currency. All dollar amounts referred to in this Certificate of Designations are in United States Dollars (“U.S. Dollars”), and all amounts owing under this Certificate of Designations shall be paid in U.S. Dollars. All amounts denominated in other currencies (if any) shall be converted into the U.S. Dollar equivalent amount in accordance with the Exchange Rate on the date of calculation. “Exchange Rate” means, in relation to any amount of currency to be converted into U.S. Dollars pursuant to this Certificate of Designations, the U.S. Dollar exchange rate as published in the Wall Street Journal on the relevant date of calculation (it being understood and agreed that where an amount is calculated with reference to, or over, a period of time, the date of calculation shall be the final date of such period of time).

Currency; Exchange Rate; Payments. All payments required to be made by Everest under this Agreement shall be made in Dollars and shall be paid directly by Everest and not any of its Affiliates.
