SECTION # Remedies Cumulative. All of [[Organization B:Organization]]’s rights and remedies, whether evidenced by this Security Agreement or by any other agreement, note, contract or understanding between [[Organization A:Organization]] and [[Organization B:Organization]], shall be cumulative and may be exercised singularly or concurrently. Election of [[Organization B:Organization]] to pursue any remedy shall not exclude pursuit of any other remedy, and an election to make expenditures or to take action to perform an obligation of [[Organization A:Organization]] under this Security Agreement, after [[Organization A:Organization]]’s failure to perform, shall not affect [[Organization B:Organization]]’s right to declare a default and to exercise his remedies.

Election of [[Organization B:Secured Party:Organization]] to pursue any remedy shall not exclude pursuit of any other remedy, and an election to make expenditures or to take action to perform an obligation of [[Organization A:Debtor:Organization]] under this Security Agreement, after [[Organization A:Debtor:Organization]]’s failure to perform, shall not affect [[Organization B:Secured Party:Organization]]’s right to declare a default and to exercise his remedies.
