Cumulative Remedies. No delay or omission of the Secured Party under this Agreement will exhaust or impair any right or power of the Secured Party hereunder or prevent the exercise of any right or power of the Secured Party hereunder during the continuance of any Event of Default. The remedies provided in this Agreement are cumulative and are not exclusive of any remedies provided by applicable law.

Remedies Cumulative. The rights and remedies of the Lender Group under this Agreement, the other Loan Documents, and all other agreements shall be cumulative. No Waiver; Cumulative Remedies; Enforcement. No failure on the part of any Lender or the Administrative Agent to exercise, and no delay by any such Person in exercising, any right, remedy, power or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power or privilege. The rights, remedies, powers and privileges herein provided in this Agreement are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights, remedies, powers and privileges provided by law. Cumulative Rights and Remedies; Usury. The rights and remedies of the Payee expressed herein are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights and remedies otherwise available. If it shall be found that any interest outstanding hereunder (including Regular Interest and Default Interest) shall violate applicable laws governing usury, the applicable rate of interest outstanding hereunder shall be reduced to the maximum permitted rate of interest under such law.
