Effect on Credit Agreement. Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, the Credit Agreement and all other Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed.
The Credit Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents, as specifically amended by this Amendment, are and shall continue to be in full force and effect and are hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed.
Except as specifically amended above, the Credit Agreement and all other documents, instruments and agreements executed and/or delivered in connection therewith (including, without limitation, all of the Loan Documents) shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed.
