Continuance of Credit Agreement. Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, the Credit Agreement and all other documents, instruments and materials executed and delivered pursuant to the Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Except as expressly amended and modified by this Amendment, the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents are and shall continue to be in full force and effect in accordance with the terms thereof.

Except as expressly amended and modified by this Amendment, the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents are and shall continue to be in full force and effect in accordance with the terms thereof.

Continued Effect. Except to the extent amended hereby, all terms, provisions and conditions of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and all documents executed in connection therewith, shall continue in full force and effect and shall remain enforceable and binding in accordance with their respective terms. This Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document.

Continuing Effect of Credit Agreement. Except as previously modified in writing and as further expressly amended and modified herein, the Credit Agreement, and the terms and provisions thereof, and each Loan Document described therein, shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect, and, except to the extent contradictory to or inconsistent with this Amendment, shall govern the Additional Loan Documents.

Continuing Effect. Except as otherwise specifically set out herein, the provisions of the Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Except as specifically amended pursuant to this Amendment, the Credit Agreement and all other documents, instruments and agreements executed and/or delivered in connection therewith shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed.

Section # Credit Agreement in Full Force and Effect. Except as specifically amended herein, the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its original terms. Reference to this specific Amendment need not be made in the Credit Agreement or any other instrument or document executed in connection therewith, or in any certificate, letter or communication issued or made pursuant to or with respect to the Credit Agreement, any reference in any of such items to the Credit Agreement being sufficient to refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

5.1Except as specifically amended herein, the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its original terms. Reference to this specific Amendment need not be made in the Credit Agreement, the Notes, or any other instrument or document executed in connection therewith, or in any certificate, letter or communication issued or made pursuant to or with respect to the Credit Agreement, any reference in any of such items to the Credit Agreement being sufficient to refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

As expressly modified as provided herein, the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
