Benefit Coverage. The Executive is entitled to participate in all benefit programs and plans established by the Company from time to time for the benefit of its employees generally and for which the Executive is eligible. During the Employment Term, the Company will pay the premium expense for medical and dental coverage for the Executive and the Executive’s dependents under the Company’s established medical and dental benefit plans at no cost to the Executive; provided, that if the provision of any such coverage under a fully-insured plan would subject the Company to an excise tax, then the foregoing provision shall not apply.

Benefit Coverage. During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay for the cost of medical and dental coverage for the Executive and the Executive’s dependents under the Company’s established medical and dental benefit plans at no cost to the Executive; provided, that if the provision of any such coverage under a fully-insured plan would subject the Company to an excise tax, then the foregoing provision shall not apply. The Executive is entitled to participate in all other executive benefit programs and plans established by the Company from time to time for the benefit of its executives generally and for which the Executive is eligible.

Benefit Coverage. The Executive is entitled to participate in all executive benefit programs and plans established by the Company from time to time for the benefit of its executives generally and for which the Executive is eligible. During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay for the cost of medical and dental coverage for the Executive and the Executive’s dependents under the Company’s established medical and dental benefit plans at no cost to the Executive; provided, that if the provision of any such coverage under a fully-insured plan would subject the Company to an excise tax then the Company may elect to not have the foregoing provision apply but in such case the Company will reimburse the Executive for the cost of premiums paid by the Executive for such medical and dental coverage. During the Employment Term, the Company will pay to Executive an amount equal to the premium expense of a life insurance policy maintained by the Executive providing a death benefit in an amount up to $500,000 (which payment will be subject to any applicable taxes and withholding).

Benefit Coverage. During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay for the cost of medical and dental coverage for the Executive and the Executive’s dependents under the Company’s established medical and dental benefit plans at no cost to the Executive; provided, that if the provision of any such coverage under a fully-insured plan would subject the Company to an excise tax, then the foregoing provision shall not apply. The Executive is entitled to participate in all other executive benefit programs and plans established by the Company from time to time for the benefit of its executives generally and for which the Executive is eligible. During the Employment Term, the Company will pay to Executive an amount equal to the expense of life insurance coverage currently maintained by Executive (payable in installments throughout the year according to the Company’s regular paydays, less any applicable taxes and withholding).

Benefit Coverages. During the Employment Term, the Company shall provide medical and dental coverage for the Executive and the Executive’s dependents at no cost to the Executive (or reimburse Executive for his expenses incurred in connection therewith in accordance with the reimbursement provisions in Section 1(h) below); provided that if the provision of any such coverage under a fully-insured plan would subject the Company to an excise tax, then the foregoing provision shall cease to apply. During such Employment Term, the Executive shall also be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs made available to the Company’s senior level executives as a group or to its employees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time (the “Benefit Coverages”), including, without limitation, pension, profit sharing, savings and other retirement plans or programs, short-term and long- term disability and life insurance plans, accidental death and dismemberment protection and travel accident insurance.

Benefit Plans. Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Company's benefit plans offered by the Company to its employees during the term of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Company from terminating or amending any employee benefit plan or program from time to time. The Company also agrees to include the Executive in any insurance plan it incorporates, including, but not limited to, medical insurance, dental insurance, long-term disability insurance, and life insurance. If Executive is paying for medical insurance or dental insurance and the Company has not instituted either or both a medical insurance plan or dental insurance plan, then Company shall reimburse Executive his out of pocket payments for medical insurance and dental insurance.

Benefit Plans. Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s benefit plans offered by the Company to its employees during the term of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Company from terminating or amending any employee benefit plan or program from time to time. The Company also agrees to include the Executive in any insurance plan it incorporates, including, but not limited to, medical insurance, dental insurance, long-term disability insurance, and life insurance. If Executive is paying for medical insurance or dental insurance and the Company has not instituted either or both a medical insurance plan or dental insurance plan, then Company shall reimburse Executive his out of pocket payments for medical insurance and dental insurance.

Health Insurance. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be eligible to participate in all employee benefits and benefit plans generally made available to the Company’s employees from time-to-time, including, but not limited to, medical and dental insurance coverage, subject to the terms, conditions and relevant qualification criteria for such benefits and benefit plans. The Company, in its discretion, may change from time-to-time the employee benefits and benefit plans it generally makes available to its employees.

Benefits. Subject to eligibility requirements and the Company's polices, the Executive shall have the right, on the same basis as other employees of the Company, to participate in, and to receive benefits under, any medical, vision and dental insurance policy maintained by the Company and the Company shall pay a portion of the cost of the premiums for such medical, vision and dental insurance that is consistent with the Company's then current employee benefit policy if the Executive elects to participate in such plans.

Participation in Benefit Plans. During the Term hereof, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any group insurance, hospitalization, medical, dental, health, accident, disability, or similar plan or program of the Company now existing or established hereafter to the extent that he is eligible under the general provisions thereof. The Company may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, amend, eliminate, or establish additional benefit programs as it deems appropriate. Executive shall also participate in all standard fringe benefits offered by the Company to its salaried executives.

Participation in Benefit Plans. During the Term hereof, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any group insurance, hospitalization, medical, dental, health, accident, disability or similar plan or program of the Company now existing, or established hereafter, to the extent that he is eligible under the general provisions thereof. The Company may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, amend, eliminate or establish additional benefit programs, as it deems appropriate. Executive shall also participate in all standard fringe benefits offered by the Company to any of its Executive Officers.
