Country Club membership at the Mattoon Golf and Country Club.

Club Memberships. The Company will provide you with country club or social club memberships in [[Address A:Address]] at clubs selected by the Company and reasonably acceptable to you and will pay or reimburse you for any and all membership fees in connection with such membership, not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) annually.

Club Dues. Employer will pay on Executive’s behalf the monthly dues, up to $380 per month, for one membership for Executive at Graymere Country Club (Columbia, Tennessee). Executive acknowledges that Employer makes no representation with respect to the taxability or non-taxability of the benefits provided under this Section 4(d).

During the Term, the Company shall pay or reimburse you for the monthly dues (but not any capital assessments) of membership in a social or business club (e.g., the Economic Club of Chicago) selected at your reasonable discretion.

Country Club Dues. Bank will reimburse Executive for monthly county club dues in an amount up to, but not exceeding, $660.00 per month. Executive acknowledges that Bank makes no representation with respect to the taxability or non-taxability of the benefits provided under this Section 4(d).

Country Club Membership. The Company will provide you with a country club membership in [[Address A:Address]] at a country club selected by the Company and reasonably acceptable to you and will pay or reimburse you for any and all membership fees in connection with such membership.

Open mess (club) membership, as determined by each respective club (Article I(b) personnel/dependents and [Article XIV] personnel only);

The Company will reimburse the cost of a Club Membership throughout the Executives assignment with the Company.

Vacation and Management Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to: # one hundred sixty (160) hours annual paid vacation (which shall not accumulate from year to year and shall be paid upon termination); # sick leave in accordance with Bank policy; # payment of country club membership dues (as well as any assessments related thereto) of the Board’s choice; # the use of company aircraft per company policy; Executive shall be responsible for his personal expenses at the country club and for compliance with IRS regulations regarding recordkeeping for personal aircraft use. Any undocumented use of the country club shall be charged to Executive monthly as a personal expense.

Country Club Membership. During the Term, the Bank will pay Executive's reasonable membership expenses (including fees, dues and related expenses) at such country club or clubs as approved by the Board (or a committee thereof). Reimbursements for such membership dues shall be paid monthly following Executive’s submission of evidence, satisfactory to the Bank, of the membership dues incurred.
