The Transactions shall be the sole Transactions under the Agreement. If there exists any Master Agreement, in a form published by ISDA, between Dealer and Counterparty or any confirmation or other agreement between Dealer and Counterparty pursuant to which such a Master Agreement is deemed to exist between Dealer and Counterparty (each such ISDA Master Agreement, confirmation and other agreement, an “Other Agreement”), then notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any Other Agreement, the Transactions shall not be considered or deemed to be Transactions under, or otherwise governed by, any Other Agreement.

The Transaction shall be the only transaction under the Agreement. If there exists any ISDA Master Agreement between Dealer and Issuer or any confirmation or other agreement between Dealer and Issuer pursuant to which an ISDA Master Agreement is deemed to exist between Dealer and Issuer, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in such ISDA Master Agreement, such confirmation or agreement or any other agreement to which Dealer and Issuer are parties, the Transaction shall not be considered a transaction under, or otherwise governed by, such existing or deemed to be existing ISDA Master Agreement.

The Transactions shall be the sole Transactions under the Agreement. If there exists any Master Agreement, in a form published by ​, between ​ and Counterparty or any confirmation or other agreement between ​ and Counterparty pursuant to which such a Master Agreement is deemed to exist between ​ and Counterparty (each such ​ Master Agreement, confirmation and other agreement, an “Other Agreement”), then notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any Other Agreement, the Transactions shall not be considered or deemed to be Transactions under, or otherwise governed by, any Other Agreement.

The Transaction hereunder shall be the sole Transaction under the Agreement. If there exists any ISDA Master Agreement between [[Organization A:Organization]] and [[Organization B:Organization]] or any confirmation or other agreement between [[Organization A:Organization]] and [[Organization B:Organization]] pursuant to which an ISDA Master Agreement is deemed to exist between [[Organization A:Organization]] and [[Organization B:Organization]], then notwithstanding anything to the contrary in such ISDA Master Agreement, such confirmation or agreement or any other agreement to which [[Organization A:Organization]] and [[Organization B:Organization]] are parties, the Transaction shall not be considered a Transaction under, or otherwise governed by, such existing or deemed ISDA Master Agreement.
