Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, including by electronic mail or facsimile, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be an original, but all such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

Counterparts may be signed and delivered by facsimile or PDF file, with the same effect as if delivered personally.
