Counterparts; Integration. This Amendment may be executed and delivered via facsimile or electronic mail with the same force and effect as if an original were executed and may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, with the same effect as if the signatures hereto were upon the same instrument. This Amendment constitutes the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

Counterparts: This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Counterparts to this Amendment may be executed and delivered by facsimile, “pdf”, e-mail transmission and/or electronic copy, and such signed counterparts of this Amendment shall be deemed sufficient to bind the parties hereto, and shall be deemed to be original signatures for all purposes.

Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Amendment by e-mail in portable document format (.pdf) or facsimile shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment.
