Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in two or more identical counterparts, all of which shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party; provided that a facsimile signature shall be considered due execution and shall be binding upon the signatory thereto with the same force and effect as if the signature were an original, and not a facsimile signature.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile or other electronic transmission and in counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, and all of which taken together will constitute one agreement binding on the parties.

Section # Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed simultaneously in counterparts and by facsimile or other electronic means, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

Execution in Counterparts. You agree that this Release may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one agreement. Execution of a facsimile copy or scanned image shall have the same force and effect as execution of an original, and a facsimile signature or scanned image of a signature shall be deemed an original and valid signature.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts (including by email or facsimile signature), each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall be considered one and the same agreement.

SECTION # Execution in Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts (and by different parties hereto in different counterparts), including by means of facsimile or electronic transmission, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be an original, but all of which shall together constitute one and the same instrument.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed and delivered via facsimile or email (in .pdf format) transmission with the same force and effect as if an original were executed and may be executed in any number of counterparts, but all of such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same agreement.

This letter may be executed in one or more counterparts, including by facsimile, and all of the counterparts shall constitute one fully executed agreement. The signature of any party to any counterpart shall be deemed a signature to, and may be appended to, any other counterpart.

This FIRST AMENDMENT may be executed by one or more of the parties to this FIRST AMENDMENT on any number of separate counterparts (including by facsimile transmission or PDF signature), and all of said counterparts taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument.
