Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts and it shall not be necessary for each Party to execute each of such counterparts, but when all of the Parties have executed and delivered one of such counterparts, the counterparts, when taken together, shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument, enforceable against each Party in accordance with its terms. The Parties hereto agree that this Agreement may be executed by facsimile signatures and such signatures shall be deemed originals.

Counterparts and Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile signature (including signatures in Adobe PDF or similar format).

Counterparts; Facsimile/Electronic Signatures. This Warrant may be executed in counterparts, all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Any signature page delivered electronically or by facsimile shall be binding to the same extent as an original signature page with regards to any agreement subject to the terms hereof or any amendment thereto.

SECTION # Counterparts; Facsimile Execution. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, all of which shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when one or more counterparts have been signed by each of the Parties and delivered to the other Parties. Facsimile execution and delivery of this Agreement is legal, valid and binding for all purposes.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile signature and in any number of counterparts, and such counterparts executed and delivered, each as an original, will constitute but one and the same instrument.

This Agreement may be signed in multiple counterparts, and when each Party has signed a counterpart hereof, each such counterpart shall be a binding and enforceable agreement as an original. In addition, this Agreement may be executed by e-mail or facsimile, and such e-mail or facsimile signatures will be deemed to be as valid as an original signature whether or not confirmed by delivering the original signatures in person, by courier or by mail.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts and by facsimile signatures, which taken together still constitute collectively one agreement. In making proof of this Agreement it shall not be necessary to produce or account for more than one such counterpart with each party’s counterpart or facsimile signature.
