Counterparts; Electronic Signatures. This Agreement may be executed (including via electronic signature) in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.

This Sublease may be executed by any combination of manual, electronic, and digital signatures which shall be legal and binding and shall have the same full force and effect as if an original of this Sublease had been delivered. Any signature page to any counterpart may be detached from such counterpart without impairing the legal effect of the signatures thereon and thereafter attached to another counterpart identical thereto except having attached to it additional signature pages.

This First Amendment may be executed in two (2) or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
