Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which will constitute an original, but all of which, when taken together, will constitute but one instrument, and will become effective when one or more counterparts have been signed by each party hereto and delivered to the other parties. Delivery of an executed counterpart by facsimile or portable document format (.pdf) shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart thereof.

This amendment letter may be executed in any number of counterparts and all of those counterparts taken together will be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed signature page of this amendment letter by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart hereof.

Delivery by facsimile or electronic transmission of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Second Amendment shall be effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Second Amendment.

Counterparts. This Sixth Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, and each such counterpart shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same Sixth Amendment. Delivery of an executed signature page to this Sixth Amendment by telecopy or e-mail (PDF) shall be deemed

Delivery of an electronically executed counterpart of this Amendment shall be equally as effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Amendment.

This Agreement may be executed in counterparts (and by different parties hereto on different counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single contract. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Agreement by facsimile or other electronic imaging shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Agreement.

This Lender Assumption Agreement may be executed in counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart by telecopier shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Lender Assumption Agreement.
