This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, and this has the same effect as if the signatures (and if applicable, seals) on the counterparts were on a single copy of this Amendment. Delivery by electronic mail of an executed signature page of this Amendment shall be effective as delivery of an executed counterpart of this Amendment.

SECTION # Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Amendment by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment.

Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, and all such counterparts shall together constitute the same agreement. Signatures delivered by email (in PDF format) shall be considered binding with the same force and effect as original signatures.

This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the different parties hereto on separate counterparts, each of which counterparts when executed and delivered shall be an original, but all of which shall together constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery by facsimile or electronic transmission of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Amendment shall be effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Amendment.

Section # Execution in Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts (and by different parties hereto in different counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single contract. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Amendment by facsimile or in electronic (i.e., “pdf” or “tif”) format shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment.

This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, including by facsimile, and all counterparts shall constitute one fully executed agreement. The signature of any party to any counterpart shall be deemed a signature to, and may be appended to, any other counterpart. Additionally, the parties agree that this Amendment may be electronically signed, and that electronic signatures appearing on this Amendment are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforcement, and admissibility.

SECTION # Counterparts. This Amendment may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, with the same effect as if the signatures thereto and hereto were upon the same instrument. Delivery by facsimile of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Amendment shall be effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart hereof.

This Amendment may be executed in a number of identical counterparts. If so, each such counterpart shall collectively constitute one agreement. Any signature delivered by a party by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall be deemed to be an original signature hereto.

Counterparts.This Amendment may be executed by one or more of the parties hereto on any number of separate counterparts, and all of said counterparts taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. The words “execution,” “signed,” “signature,” “delivery,” and words of like import in or relating to this Amendment and/or any document to be signed in connection with this Amendment and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be deemed to include Electronic Signatures (as defined below), deliveries or the keeping of records in electronic form, each of which shall be of the same legal effect, validity or enforceability as a manually executed signature, physical delivery thereof or the use of a paper-based recordkeeping system, as the case may be. As used herein, “Electronic Signatures” means any electronic symbol or process attached to, or associated with, any contract or other record and adopted by a person with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such contract or record.
