This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, which taken together shall form one and the same agreement. Counterparts may be delivered either in original or faxed form and the parties adopt any signatures received by a receiving fax machine as original signatures of the parties.

Counterparts and Facsimiles. This Agreement may be executed electronically or via facsimile and in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Electronic or facsimile signatures shall be deemed original signatures for all purposes.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any identical counterparts, and all of which shall be construed together as a single instrument. Original signatures transmitted by facsimile or email will be effective to create counterparts.

Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which taken together will constitute one and the same instrument. The parties agree that facsimile or electronic signatures shall have the same force and effect as original signatures.

This Agreement may be signed in counterparts. Electronic copies of signatures shall be deemed original.

FACSIMILE SIGNATURES. Signatures hereon which are transmitted via facsimile, or other electronic image, shall be deemed original signatures.

Electronic Signatures. This Amendment and the other Loan Documents may be transmitted and/or signed by facsimile or digital signature and/or transmission. The effectiveness of any such signatures shall have the same force and effect as manually-signed originals and shall be binding on all parties to this Amendment and the other Loan Documents.

SECTION # Counterparts. This Agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, with the same effect as if the signatures thereto and hereto were upon the same instrument.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in separate counterparts, any one of which need not contain signatures of more than one party, but all of which taken together will constitute one and the same Agreement.

4.5This Amendment may be signed upon any number of counterparts with the same effect as if the signatures thereto and hereto were upon the same instrument, and signatures sent by telecopy or other electronic imaging shall be effective as originals.
