COUNTERPARTS; FACSIMILE SIGNATURES. This Release may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed an original instrument without the production of any other counterpart. Any signature on this Release, delivered by either party by photographic, facsimile or PDF shall be deemed to be an original signature thereto.

Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. This Amendment may be executed in any number of and by different parties hereto on separate counterparts, all of which, when so executed, shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same agreement. Any signature delivered by a party by e-mail, Docusign, facsimile or other similar form of electronic transmission shall be deemed to be an original signature hereto.

This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other electronic means. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, written or oral, all of which are merged herein.

Execution in Counterparts; Signatures. This Agreement, the other Transfer Documents and any amendments, waivers or consents hereto or thereto may be executed by Seller and Buyer in separate counterparts (or upon separate signature pages bound together into one or more counterparts), each of which, when so executed and delivered, shall be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute one and the same instrument. Facsimile and PDF copy signatures shall be treated as original signatures for all purposes.

Counterparts. This offer letter may be executed # in counterparts, each of which shall be an original, with same effect as if the signatures hereto were on the same instrument; and # by facsimile or pdf. The parties agree that such facsimile or pdf signatures shall be deemed original signatures for all purposes.

Execution in Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, and all of such counterparts shall constitute one Agreement. To facilitate execution of this Agreement, the parties may execute and exchange by electronic counterparts of the signature pages. Signatures sent by electronic mail may be used in the place of original signatures on this Agreement. The parties intend to be bound by the signatures of the electronically mailed signatures, and hereby waive any defenses to the enforcement of the terms of the Agreement based on the form of the signature.
