This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, including by facsimile, and all counterparts shall constitute one fully executed agreement. The signature of any party to any counterpart shall be deemed a signature to, and may be appended to, any other counterpart. Additionally, the parties agree that this Amendment may be electronically signed, and that electronic signatures appearing on this Amendment are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforcement, and admissibility.

This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement, and the signature pages from any counterpart may be appended to any other counterpart to assemble fully-executed counterparts. Counterparts of this Amendment may be exchanged via electronic means, and a facsimile of any party’s signature shall be deemed to be an original signature for all purposes.

This Amendment may be executed in a number of identical counterparts. If so, each such counterpart shall collectively constitute one agreement. Any signature delivered by a party by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall be deemed to be an original signature hereto.

This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Amendment by telefacsimile or electronic mail transmission shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment, but upon the request of an Agent the parties shall deliver original executed copies of the Amendment.

This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of this Amendment by facsimile or electronic mail shall be equally effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Amendment.

The words “execution,” “execute”, “signed,” “signature,” and words of like import in or related to any document to be signed in connection with this Amendment and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be deemed to include electronic signatures, the electronic matching of assignment terms and contract formations on electronic platforms approved by the ​, or the keeping of records in electronic form, each of which shall be of the same legal effect, validity or enforceability as a manually executed signature or the use of a paper-based recordkeeping system, as the case may be, to the extent and as provided for in any applicable law, including the Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, the New York State Electronic Signatures and Records Act, or any other similar state laws based on the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of this Amendment by facsimile or electronic mail shall be equally effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Amendment.

This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed signature page of this Amendment by facsimile or electronic transmission shall be effective as a delivery of a manually executed counterpart thereof.

Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties on separate counterparts (including by facsimile or email transmission of executed signature pages hereto), each of which counterparts, when so executed and delivered, shall be deemed to be an original and all of which counterparts, taken together, shall constitute but one and the same Amendment. Signature by facsimile or other electronic transmission (including PDF) shall bind the parties hereto.
