either # counterparts of this Amendment duly executed by each of the Borrowers, the Majority Lenders, the Administrative Agent, the Fronting Banks and the Swing Line Lender or # written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include telecopy or other electronic transmission of a signed signature page of this Amendment) that such parties have signed counterparts of this Amendment;

Execution in Counterparts. This Sixth Amendment may be executed in any number of separate counterparts, each of which shall, collectively and separately, constitute one agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Sixth Amendment by telecopy or electronically (such as PDF) shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Sixth Amendment.

Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which taken together shall be one and the same instrument. Receipt by telecopy or electronic mail (including email transmission of a PDF image) of any executed signature page to this Amendment shall constitute effective deliver of such signature page.

Counterparts. This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, and each such counterpart shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same Second Amendment. Delivery of an executed signature page to this Second Amendment by telecopy or e-mail (PDF) shall be deemed to constitute delivery of an originally executed signature page hereto and shall be legally binding on any party signing in such manner.

4.3This Amendment may be signed upon any number of counterparts with the same effect as if the signatures thereto and hereto were upon the same instrument, and signatures sent by telecopy or other electronic imaging shall be effective as originals.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Agreement by telecopy or electronic format (including .pdf) shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed original counterpart of this Agreement.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, including by electronic mail or facsimile, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be an original, but all such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

Counterparts. The Amendment may be executed in as many counterparts as desired by the Parties, any one of which shall have the force and effect of any original but all of which together shall constitute the same instrument. The Amendment may also be executed by exchange of executed copies via email or other electronic means, in which case – but not as a condition to the validity of the Amendment – each Party shall subsequently send the other Party by mail the original executed copy. A Party's signature transmitted by email or similar electronic means shall be considered an "original" signature for purposes of the Amendment.

Counterparts. This letter may be executed in two or more counterparts; each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

This Agreement may be made and executed in counterparts, in which case all counterparts shall be deemed to constitute one original document for all purposes.
