Counterparts; “.pdf” Signatures. This Lease may be signed in counterparts. Facsimile or “.pdf” signatures to this Lease shall be binding.

Counterparts. This Lease may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together constitute one and the same document. Faxed signatures shall have the same binding effect as original signatures.

Counterparts/Electronic Signatures. i. Counterparts. The parties may execute this Lease in any number of counterparts, each of which is an original but all of which constitute one and the same instrument. ii. Electronic Signatures. The parties agree that this Lease, agreements ancillary to this Lease, and related documents entered into in connection with this Lease are signed when a party’s signature is delivered by facsimile, e-mail, or other electronic medium. Such signatures must be treated in all respects as having the same force and effect as an original signature.

Counterparts; Signatures. This Agreement may be signed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be one and the same agreement. If a counterpart of this Agreement is signed and transmitted via facsimile, or via PDF transmitted by e-mail, such signatures shall bind the signing party to this Agreement in full. Original documents may also be signed by the parties and will have the same binding power.

Counterparts. This Lease may be executed in counterparts with the same effect as if both parties hereto had executed the same document. Both counterparts shall be construed together and shall constitute a single lease. Such counterparts may be executed and delivered by the parties hereto by electronic means, including by electronic mail or facsimile transmission and, when so fully delivered, such copies shall be binding as if ink originals.

Counterparts; Facsimile or Electronic Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts which together shall constitute a single agreement. Facsimile or electronic (i.e., PDF) signatures shall be as effective as original signatures.

Counterparts; “.pdf” copies. This Agreement may be executed in two or more identical counterparts, all of which shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party; provided that a .pdf or other form of electronic signature shall be considered due execution and shall be binding upon the signatory thereto with the same force and effect as if the signature were an original, not a .pdf or other form of electronic signature.
