Counterparts; Facsimile. This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same document. A facsimile copy of this Second Amendment and any signatures hereon shall be considered for all purposes as originals.

Counterparts. This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, and each such counterpart shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same Second Amendment. Delivery of an executed signature page to this Second Amendment by telecopy or e-mail (PDF) shall be deemed to constitute delivery of an originally executed signature page hereto and shall be legally binding on any party signing in such manner.

This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same instrument, and all signatures need not appear on any one counterpart. Any party hereto may execute and deliver a counterpart of this Second Amendment by delivering by facsimile or other electronic transmission a signature page of this Second Amendment signed by such party, and any such facsimile or other electronic signature shall be treated in all respects as having the same effect as an original signature. Any party delivering by facsimile or other electronic transmission a counterpart executed by it shall promptly thereafter also deliver a manually signed counterpart of this Second Amendment; provided that the failure to deliver such manually signed counterpart shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of this Second Amendment.

This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the different parties hereto on separate counterparts, each of which counterparts when executed and delivered shall be an original, but all of which shall together constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery by facsimile or electronic transmission of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Second Amendment shall be effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Second Amendment.

EXECUTION IN COUNTERPARTS. This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. For purposes of this Second Amendment, a counterpart hereof (or signature page thereto) signed and transmitted by any Person party hereto to the Administrative Agent (or its counsel) by facsimile machine, telecopier or electronic mail is to be treated as an original. The signature of such Person thereon, for purposes hereof, is to be considered as an original signature, and the counterpart (or signature page thereto) so transmitted is to be considered to have the same binding effect as an original signature on an original document.

Execution in Counterparts. This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of separate counterparts, each of which shall, collectively and separately, constitute one agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Second Amendment by telecopy or electronically (such as PDF) shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Second Amendment.

Section # Execution in Counterparts. This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different Parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute but one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Second Amendment by facsimile or email shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Second Amendment.

This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties on separate counterparts, each of which, when executed and delivered, shall be deemed to be an original, and all of which, when taken together, shall constitute but one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of this Second Amendment by telefacsimile or other electronic method of transmission shall be equally as effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Second Amendment.

Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall be a single instrument. A facsimile or PDF copy of a signature shall be deemed an original.

Counterparts; Facsimile. This First Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the different parties hereto on separate counterparts each of which when so executed and delivered shall be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. This First Amendment may be executed via facsimile or other electronic transmissions.
