Counterparts/Electronic Signatures. i. Counterparts. The parties may execute this Lease in any number of counterparts, each of which is an original but all of which constitute one and the same instrument. ii. Electronic Signatures. The parties agree that this Lease, agreements ancillary to this Lease, and related documents entered into in connection with this Lease are signed when a party’s signature is delivered by facsimile, e-mail, or other electronic medium. Such signatures must be treated in all respects as having the same force and effect as an original signature.

Counterparts and Signatures. This First Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall be deemed to be one and the same agreement. A signed copy of this First Amendment delivered by e-mail or other means of electronic transmission shall be deemed to have the same legal effect as delivery of an original signed copy of this First Amendment.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any identical counterparts, and all of which shall be construed together as a single instrument. Original signatures transmitted by facsimile or email will be effective to create counterparts.

Section # Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Signatures delivered by facsimile (or portable document format) will be considered original signatures, and each Party shall thereafter promptly deliver original signatures to the other Party.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall constitute an original, but taken together shall constitute one and the same document, binding on all of the Parties hereto. The undersigned Parties have agreed to permit the use of digital electronic signatures, intend to be bound by their respective digital electronic signatures, are aware that others will rely on digital electronic signatures, and acknowledge such reliance and waive any defenses to the enforcement of this document based on the fact that any signature is sent digitally or electronically. As used herein, the term “digital electronic signature” shall include any electronic signature sent via electronic mail, portable document format (“.pdf”), tagged image file format (“.tiff”), facsimile or other digital or electronic format.

Agreement shall be in writing and shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any successive breach. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts and facsimile signatures will suffice as original signatures.

This Agreement may be executed and delivered in any number of counterparts (including by PDF and electronic signatures), all of which constitute an original, single instrument, and such execution and delivery will have the same force and effect of an original document with original signatures.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in two (2) or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Facsimile signatures are intended by the parties to serve as originals.

11.10Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed and delivered in several counterparts, each of which, when so executed and delivered, shall constitute an original, fully enforceable counterpart for all purposes. In order to expedite the transaction contemplated herein, facsimile or e-mail signatures may be used in place of original signatures on this Agreement. Seller and Purchaser intend to be bound by the signatures on the facsimile or e-mail document (as the case may be), are aware that the other party will rely on such facsimile or e-mail signatures, and hereby waive any defenses to the enforcement of the terms of this Agreement based on such form of signature.

COUNTERPARTS: DELIVERY BY FACSIMILE. This Assignment Agreement may be executed in counterparts. Transmission by facsimile of an executed counterpart of this Assignment Agreement shall be deemed to constitute due and sufficient delivery of such counterpart and such facsimile shall be deemed to be an original counterpart of this Assignment Agreement.
