Execution in Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement. This Agreement, once executed by a party, may be delivered to the other party hereto by email of a .pdf or telephone line facsimile transmission of a copy of this Agreement bearing the signature of the party so delivering this Agreement. A facsimile transmission or email of a .pdf of this signed Agreement shall be legal and binding on all parties hereto.

Section # Counterparts. This Agreement and any amendment hereof may be executed in several counterparts and by each Party on a separate counterpart, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be an original, and all of which together shall constitute one instrument. In proving this Agreement it shall not be necessary to produce or account for more than one such counterpart signed by the Party against whom enforcement is sought. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Agreement by telecopy transmission or by emailing a pdf file shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Agreement.
