To facilitate execution, this Agreement may be executed in as many counterparts as may be required, and it shall not be necessary that the signatures of, or on behalf of, each party, or that the signatures of all persons required to bind any party, appear on each counterpart; but it shall be sufficient that the signature of, or on behalf of, each party, or that the signatures of the persons required to bind any party, appear on one or more of the counterparts. All counterparts shall collectively constitute a single agreement. It shall not be necessary in making proof of this Agreement to produce or account for more than a number of counterparts containing the respective signatures of, or on behalf of, all of the parties hereto. Further, this Agreement may be executed by facsimile or other electronic signatures and such signatures shall be deemed to be the original signatures of the parties.

It shall not be necessary that the signature of, or on behalf of, each party, or that the signature of all Persons required to bind any party, appear on each counterpart. All counterparts shall collectively constitute a single agreement. It shall not be necessary in making proof of this Agreement to produce or account for more than a single counterpart containing the respective signatures of, or on behalf of, each of the parties hereto. Any signature page to any counterpart may be detached from such counterpart without impairing the legal effect of the signatures thereon and thereafter attached to another counterpart identical thereto except having attached to it additional signature pages.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one instrument. In making proof of this Agreement it shall not be necessary to produce or account for more than one counterpart signed by each party hereto by and against which enforcement hereof is sought. A facsimile or other electronic transmission of an executed counterpart shall have the same effect as the original executed counterpart.

Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts and it shall not be necessary for each Party to execute each of such counterparts, but when all of the Parties have executed and delivered one of such counterparts, the counterparts, when taken together, shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument, enforceable against each Party in accordance with its terms. The Parties hereto agree that this Agreement may be executed by facsimile signatures and such signatures shall be deemed originals.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts and by facsimile signatures, which taken together still constitute collectively one agreement. In making proof of this Agreement it shall not be necessary to produce or account for more than one such counterpart with each party’s counterpart or facsimile signature.

Counterparts. For the convenience of the Parties, this Agreement may be executed in any number of separate counterparts, each such counterpart being deemed to be an original instrument, and all such counterparts will together constitute the same agreement. Executed signature pages to this Agreement may be delivered by facsimile or other electronic means and such will be deemed as sufficient as if actual signature pages had been delivered.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed by each party upon a separate counterpart, and in such case one copy of this Agreement shall consist of enough of such copies to reflect the signature of all of the parties to this Agreement. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and it shall not be necessary in making proof of this Agreement or the terms of this Agreement to produce or account for more than one of such counterparts.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of and by different parties hereto on separate counterparts, all of which, when so executed, shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same agreement. Any signature delivered by a party by facsimile or other electronic means shall be deemed to be an original signature hereto.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed simultaneously in two or more counterparts, none of which need contain the signatures of more than one party, but all such counterparts taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Signatures to this Agreement transmitted via facsimile or e-mail shall be valid and effective to bind the party so signing.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts (including by .pdf or facsimile transmission), but all of such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same agreement. In making proof of this Agreement, it shall not be necessary to produce or account for more than one counterpart thereof signed by each of the parties hereto.
