Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties on separate counterparts (including by facsimile or email transmission of executed signature pages hereto), each of which counterparts, when so executed and delivered, shall be deemed to be an original and all of which counterparts, taken together, shall constitute but one and the same Amendment. Signature by facsimile or other electronic transmission (including PDF) shall bind the parties hereto.

This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, and by the parties hereto on the same or separate counterparts, and each such counterpart, when executed and delivered, shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same Amendment. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Amendment by facsimile or by electronic transmission of a portable document file (PDF) or similar file shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment.

This Amendment may be executed in any number of and by different parties hereto on separate counterparts, all of which, when so executed, shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same agreement. Any signature delivered by a party by e-mail, Docusign, facsimile or other similar form of electronic transmission shall be deemed to be an original signature hereto.

A facsimile or electronic transmission of a scanned, executed counterpart of this Amendment shall be sufficient to bind a Party to the same extent as an original.
