Counterparts/Electronic Signatures. This Third Addendum may be executed in counterparts, each of which is deemed an original. Electronic signatures in “PDF” format are valid as original signatures.

Counterparts; Electronic Signatures. This Amendment may be in the form of an Electronic Record (and may be delivered by e-mail or facsimile) and may be executed using Electronic Signatures (including, without limitation, facsimile and .pdf) and shall be considered an original, and shall have the same legal effect, validity and enforceability as a paper record. This Amendment may be executed in as many counterparts as necessary or convenient, including both paper and electronic counterparts, but all such counterparts are one and the same letter agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the authorization under this paragraph may include, without limitation, use or acceptance by [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] of a manually signed paper Communication which has been converted into electronic form (such as scanned into pdf format), or an electronically signed Communication converted into another format, for transmission, delivery and/or retention. For purposes hereof, # “Electronic Record” and “Electronic Signature” shall have the meanings assigned to them, respectively, by 15 USC §7006, as it may be amended from time to time and # “Communication” shall mean this Amendment and any document, amendment, approval, consent, information, notice, certificate, request, statement, disclosure or authorization related to this Amendment.

Counterparts/Electronic Signatures. i. Counterparts. The parties may execute this Lease in any number of counterparts, each of which is an original but all of which constitute one and the same instrument. ii. Electronic Signatures. The parties agree that this Lease, agreements ancillary to this Lease, and related documents entered into in connection with this Lease are signed when a party’s signature is delivered by facsimile, e-mail, or other electronic medium. Such signatures must be treated in all respects as having the same force and effect as an original signature.

FACSIMILE SIGNATURES. Signatures hereon which are transmitted via facsimile, or other electronic image, shall be deemed original signatures.

Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other means of electronic communication and upon such delivery by facsimile or other means of electronic communication, including without limitation in portable document format, the signature will be deemed to have the same effect as if the original signature had been delivered to the other party.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Facsimile, .pdf, or other electronic signatures shall be deemed acceptable and binding.

Counterparts; “.pdf” Signatures. This Lease may be signed in counterparts. Facsimile or “.pdf” signatures to this Lease shall be binding.

Section # Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which counterparts, when so executed and delivered, shall be deemed to be an original and all of which counterparts, taken together, shall constitute but one and the same agreement. Facsimile, other electronically scanned and transmitted signatures (including by email attachment) and electronic signatures (including by DocuSign) shall be deemed originals for all purposes of this Agreement.

This Amendment and Joinder may be executed in any number of counterparts and signatures may be delivered by facsimile or other electronic transmission (including via .pdf or tif and each of such counterparts shall for all purposes be deemed an original, and all such counterparts shall together constitute one and the same instrument.

SECTION # The effectiveness of this Amendment is subject to receipt by the Administrative Agent of executed counterparts (or other evidence of execution, including facsimile or other electronic signatures, satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) of this Amendment.
