This Fourth Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same instrument, and all signatures need not appear on any one counterpart. Any party hereto may execute and deliver a counterpart of this Fourth Amendment by delivering by facsimile or other electronic transmission a signature page of this Fourth Amendment signed by such party, and any such facsimile or other electronic signature shall be treated in all respects as having the same effect as an original signature. Any party delivering by facsimile or other electronic transmission a counterpart executed by it shall promptly thereafter also deliver a manually signed counterpart of this Fourth Amendment; provided that the failure to deliver such manually signed counterpart shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of this Fourth Amendment.

Section # Execution in Counterparts. This Fourth Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different Parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute but one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Fourth Amendment by facsimile or email shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Fourth Amendment

This Fourth Amendment may be executed in two or more counterparts and a facsimile of the executed signature page shall constitute an original for all purposes, each of which shall be deemed to be an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

This Fourth Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, all of which shall be considered one and the same agreement, and shall become effective when each party hereto shall have received counterparts hereof signed by each of the other parties hereto. If any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission or by PDF, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf the signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile or PDF signature were an original thereof.

This Fifth Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same instrument, and all signatures need not appear on any one counterpart. Any party hereto may execute and deliver a counterpart of this Fifth Amendment by delivering by facsimile or other electronic transmission a signature page of this Fifth Amendment signed by such party, and any such facsimile or other electronic signature shall be treated in all respects as having the same effect as an original signature. Any party delivering by facsimile or other electronic transmission a counterpart executed by it shall promptly thereafter also deliver a manually signed counterpart of this Fifth Amendment; provided that the failure to deliver such manually signed counterpart shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of this Fifth Amendment.

This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same instrument, and all signatures need not appear on any one counterpart. Any party hereto may execute and deliver a counterpart of this Second Amendment by delivering by facsimile or other electronic transmission a signature page of this Second Amendment signed by such party, and any such facsimile or other electronic signature shall be treated in all respects as having the same effect as an original signature. Any party delivering by facsimile or other electronic transmission a counterpart executed by it shall promptly thereafter also deliver a manually signed counterpart of this Second Amendment; provided that the failure to deliver such manually signed counterpart shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of this Second Amendment.

This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed signature page of this Amendment by facsimile or electronic transmission shall be effective as a delivery of a manually executed counterpart thereof.

Section # Counterparts; Scans. This Fourth Amendment may be separately executed in counterparts and by the different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to constitute one and the same Fourth Amendment. The Amendment Documents may be validly executed by facsimile, scan, or other electronic transmission.

Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, and by the parties hereto on the same or separate counterparts, and each such counterpart, when executed and delivered, shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same Amendment. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Amendment by facsimile or by electronic transmission of a portable document file (PDF) or similar file shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment.
