This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts by any Party or Parties on separate counterparts, each of which when executed and delivered shall have the same effect as if the signatures and seals on the counterparts were on a single copy of this Agreement. Such counterpart executed by one Party may be received by facsimile or electronic mail (and shall be valid and effectual as if executed as an original), followed by the original delivered to the other Party.

This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same Agreement. The counterparts of this Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other digital or electronic means by any of the parties to any other party and the receiving party may rely on the receipt of such document so executed and delivered by facsimile or other digital or electronic means as if the original had been received.

This Agreement may be executed by the Parties in counterparts and may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other form of electronic transmission, and all such counterparts and facsimiles or forms of electronic transmission together shall be deemed to be an original and shall constitute one and the same agreement.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts (including counterparts by facsimile or electronic copy) and all such counterparts taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. The parties shall be entitled to rely upon delivery of an executed facsimile or similar executed electronic copy of this Agreement, and such facsimile or similar executed electronic copy shall be legally effective to create a valid and binding agreement between the parties.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts which together shall constitute the Agreement. Executed signature pages of this Agreement transmitted via facsimile or electronic mail shall be valid and binding as original signatures and shall be considered an agreement of the respective parties to fully execute and deliver originally signed copies of this Agreement.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and it shall not be necessary for the Parties to execute any of the same counterparts hereof. Counterparts to this Agreement may be delivered via facsimile, electronic mail (including pdf) or other transmission method and any counterpart so delivered shall be deemed to have been duly and validly delivered and be valid and effective for all purposes. Each Party hereby irrevocably waives any objections that it has or may have in the future to the validity and enforceability of any such electronic signature.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which when taken together shall be considered one and the same agreement, it being understood that all Parties need not sign the same counterpart. In the event that any signature is delivered by Fax or by E-Mail, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of that Party (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as an original thereof. Any photographic, photocopy, or similar reproduction copy of this Agreement, with all signatures reproduced on one or more sets of signature pages, shall be considered for all purposes as if it were an executed counterpart of this Agreement.

This Agreement may be executed in counterparts (and by different parties hereto on different counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single contract. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Agreement by facsimile or other electronic imaging shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Agreement.

This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts all of which shall constitute one agreement, binding on all the parties hereto, notwithstanding that all the parties are not signatories to the same counterpart. A signature upon this Agreement delivered by facsimile or other electronic means shall be effective for all purposes as the original.

This Agreement may be executed by the parties in counterparts. Each such counterpart shall be an original and together shall constitute but one and the same document. The parties acknowledge that executed counterparts of this Agreement may be delivered by a facsimile transmission or other comparable means.
