Section # Execution in Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts (and by different parties hereto in different counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single contract. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Amendment by facsimile or in electronic (i.e., “pdf” or “tif”) format shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which will constitute an original, but all of which, when taken together, will constitute but one instrument, and will become effective when one or more counterparts have been signed by each party hereto and delivered to the other parties. Delivery of an executed counterpart by facsimile or portable document format (.pdf) shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart thereof.

This amendment letter may be executed in any number of counterparts and all of those counterparts taken together will be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed signature page of this amendment letter by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart hereof.

COUNTERPARTS. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which taken together shall constitute one instrument. Facsimile execution and delivery of this Agreement is legal, valid and binding for all purposes.

Counterparts. This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, and each such counterpart shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same Second Amendment. Delivery of an executed signature page to this Second Amendment by telecopy or e-mail (PDF) shall be deemed to constitute delivery of an originally executed signature page hereto and shall be legally binding on any party signing in such manner.

FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT SECTION 9.10 Execution in Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of this Agreement by telecopier/fax or other electronic imaging means shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Agreement.
