Counterparts; Signatures. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by each of the undersigned on separate counterparts, and each such counterpart shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts put together shall constitute but one and the same agreement. Signatures to this Amendment transmitted by .pdf, electronic mail or other electronic means shall be treated as originals in all respects for purposes of this Amendment.

This Amendment may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

Counterparts; Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original and all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument. Facsimile or PDF signatures will have the same legal effect as original signatures.

FACSIMILE SIGNATURES. Signatures hereon which are transmitted via facsimile, or other electronic image, shall be deemed original signatures.

Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile or other means of electronic communication and upon such delivery by facsimile or other means of electronic communication, including without limitation in portable document format, the signature will be deemed to have the same effect as if the original signature had been delivered to the other party.

Electronic Signatures. This Amendment and the other Loan Documents may be transmitted and/or signed by facsimile or digital signature and/or transmission. The effectiveness of any such signatures shall have the same force and effect as manually-signed originals and shall be binding on all parties to this Amendment and the other Loan Documents.

Counterparts. To facilitate execution, this Agreement may be executed in as many counterparts as may be convenient or required. It shall not be necessary that the signature of, or on behalf of, each party, or that the signature of all Persons required to bind any party, appear on each counterpart. All counterparts shall collectively constitute a single agreement. It shall not be necessary in making proof of this Agreement to produce or account for more than a single counterpart containing the respective signatures of, or on behalf of, each of the parties hereto. Any signature page to any counterpart may be detached from such counterpart without impairing the legal effect of the signatures thereon and thereafter attached to another counterpart identical thereto except having attached to it additional signature pages.

This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, including by facsimile, and all counterparts shall constitute one fully executed agreement. The signature of any party to any counterpart shall be deemed a signature to, and may be appended to, any other counterpart. Additionally, the parties agree that this Amendment may be electronically signed, and that electronic signatures appearing on this Amendment are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforcement, and admissibility.

Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. The parties may execute this Amendment in any number of counterparts, each of which, when executed shall have the force and effect of an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same Amendment. For purposes of this Amendment, a facsimile signature or a scanned signature shall be deemed the same as an original.

Counterparts/Electronic Signatures. This Fourth Addendum may be executed in counterparts, each of which is deemed an original. Electronic signatures in “PDF” format are valid as original signatures.
