Executive represents and warrants that he has read and understood each and every provision of this Agreement, and Executive understands that he has the right (and has been afforded the opportunity) to obtain advice from legal counsel of choice, and that Executive has freely and voluntarily entered into this Agreement.
The Executive expressly warrants and agrees Executive # has been supplied with and has read the Agreement; and # has been advised by [[Company:Organization]], if Executive so desires, to discuss the terms of this Agreement with his/her own legal counsel or anyone else he or she chooses. The Executive further warrants and agrees that Executive fully understands the contents and effect of this document, approves, and voluntarily accepts the terms and provisions of the Agreement.
EXECUTIVE ACKNOWLEDGES EXECUTIVE HAS HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT LEGAL COUNSEL CONCERNING THIS AGREEMENT, THAT EXECUTIVE HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS THE AGREEMENT, THAT EXECUTIVE IS FULLY AWARE OF ITS LEGAL EFFECT, AND THAT EXECUTIVE HAS ENTERED INTO IT FREELY BASED ON EXECUTIVES OWN JUDGMENT AND NOT ON ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR PROMISES OTHER THAN THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
Acknowledgment. Executive acknowledges that he has had the opportunity to discuss this matter with and obtain advice from Executive’s private attorney, has had sufficient time to, and has carefully read and fully understands all the provisions of this Agreement, and is knowingly and voluntarily entering into this Agreement.
The Executive represents and agrees # that the Executive has to the extent he desires discussed all aspects of this Agreement with his attorney, # that the Executive has carefully read and fully understands all of the provisions of this Agreement, and # that the Executive is voluntarily entering into this Agreement.
