Opportunity to Consult With Legal Counsel. The Parties acknowledge they have had a full and fair opportunity to consult with legal counsel of their own choosing throughout all negotiations which preceded the execution of this Agreement, and in connection with their execution of this Agreement.

Legal Representation. All of the parties to this Agreement acknowledge that they have been advised that they should seek and have had the opportunity to seek counsel to review this Agreement and to obtain the advice of such counsel relating thereto.

The Parties to this Agreement represent and warrant to the other that he, or it has full opportunity to obtain, or has in fact obtained, the advice of his, or its own legal counsel with

Advice of Counsel. Each of the Parties to this Agreement warrants and represents that in executing this Agreement such Party was encouraged to, and provided ample time to, consult with an attorney of the Party’s choice. The Parties acknowledge and represent that, in executing this Agreement, they have not relied on any inducements, promises, or representations other than those matters expressly set forth in this Agreement.
